TUESDAY April 1, 2008 (Foodconsumer.org) -- Reuters reported an interesting survey saying that buying sneakers could be a sign that the person processes a personality of a modern leader.

The survey conducted by Mindset Media showed people who buy three or more pairs of sneakers a year are 61 percent more likely to have the qualities of a modern leader.

The company surveyed 7,500 people and found the sneaker lovers are 50 percent more likely to be assertive and 47 percent more likely to be spontaneous.

Early surveys by the company found paying credit card bills off each month was linked to being highly deliberate, thinking through their actions, but more likely to brag about their habits or less modest.
