Dear Editor,

I was very happy to read in Sue Muellers recent article that she shared that a foodconsumer.org scientist recommends that health conscious consumers read a book by a dentist Hal A Huggins titled It's All in Your Head: The Link Between Mercury Amalgams and Illness. When I was very sick in 1996 and getting no answers to my many health issues, I read Hal Hugginss book. It was a real opener to me that the possibility that my silver amalgam dental fillings which I did not know were 50% mercury could be a reason for my many health issues.   After properly and safely removing my mercury dental fillings with a mercury free dentist that used International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology procedures and detoxing mercury from my body, I got my health back.

There are many great web pages to learn more about the dangers of mercury dental fillings. Go to   www.toxicteeth.org, www.dentalwellness4u.com, www.iaomt.org, www.amalgam.org or type in mercury dental fillings in google and you will find more web pages.

When I share with others about the dangers of mercury dental fillings, I share about Dental Amalgam Mercury Syndrome (DAMS) which is   a grassroots organization dedicated to educating the public about the health hazards associated with mercury that leaks from amalgam dental restorations, which are known as "silver fillings. You can contact DAMS at 1-800-311-6265 for an information packet for a minimum fee and a list of mercury free dentists in your area.

Again, thanks for sharing with your readers.
