The administration
is continuing its push to expand the NAFTA trucking program -- the
controversial "pilot program" giving Mexico-based trucking companies
full access to U.S. roads, without adequate measures to ensure public safety.
President Bush is continuing this program even though he signed a bill into law cutting off all funding for it.
The
Bush administration insists on pushing forward, despite requirements to
put the public's safety first. Act now and tell Congress to follow up
on their work and demand Bush follow the law!
