WILD's Fruit Up® for Near Water and Milk & More Beverages

WILD's Fruit Up® is now available for Near Water as well as Milk & More Beverages. Fruit Up supports the fruit flavor of Near Water Beverages in a natural way and provides Milk & More Products with a well-rounded, harmonious taste.

Fruit Up is ideal for products where customers and consumers put great value on natural ingredients. The intensity and well-rounded flavor allow it to also be used in less sweet products. It is especially well suited for Near Water beverages harmonizing the taste in a natural way.

Milk & More products have a naturally healthy image and are one of the most important growth categories in the industry. Mixtures of milk, whey, yogurt and/or buttermilk, combined with various fruits offer limitless possibilities for innovative combinations. These concepts are given an additional bonus of naturalness with Fruit Up.

To eliminate the need for any further processing by customers, WILD incorporates Fruit Up into appropriate flavor systems upon request. Standardized quality is ensured by manufacturing various batches. Fruit Up is clear and therefore, does not affect the color of the final product. The intensity of sweetness and calorie content are comparable to sugar syrups currently used in beverage production. Its high brix value of up to 79 degrees provides Fruit Up with excellent storage and shipping qualities.

WILD has a long tradition with natural products. In 1931, Rudolf Wild founded the WILD Company in Heidelberg, Germany, with the vision to produce non-alcoholic beverages exclusively from natural ingredients. The breakthrough was achieved in 1951, when WILD first introduced the soft drink Libella® to visitors at Brau, the biggest brewery trade fair in Germany. Libella - in its striking, grooved bottle - was the first carbonated juice drink with a purely natural base. It started a trend that has made Germany a role model for the international soft drinks industry. Today, WILD is the largest privately owned supplier of natural flavor ingredients for the food and beverage industry.
