There is not one scientific publication that does not support that eating vegetables and fruit  5-9 times a day will help prevent diseases like lung cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, diabetes, allergies, hyper-immune diseases and others.

Broccoli Sprouts

Richest of all vegetables in  Sulforaphane which stimulates your body to produce glutathione  one of its most effective anti-oxidants  -  and to destroy cancer causing chemicals. These 2 benefits from broccoli help fight cancers, heart disease, cancer, ulcers, diabetes, appetite and other chronic diseases. Sprouts have 20-50 times more sulforaphane than mature broccoli and taking two capsules a day of Broccoli SuperVeggies for a week is like eating over 2.5 lbs. of broccoli

Flax Sprouts

Flax and Omega-3 fatty acids have been ignored for a long time. It is now coming to light that  Flax is  a Super Food because of its high content  of Omega-3 fatty acids, soluble fiber and lignans. These three flax nutrients provide tremendous forces against high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, heart disease, stroke, breast and prostate cancer,

Dark Grapes

Red grapes, red wine, red grape skins are a good source of Resveratrol, the cholesterol, heart disease, atherosclerosis, anti-aging anti-oxidant fighter. Current research has been showing that the “French Paradox” of a fatty diet  without getting serious heart disease is due to the resveratrol present in the good amount of red wine they take with their meals.

Natural, pure and unadulterated nutrients are much better than the synthetic type sold by most phyto nutrient suppliers

Invariably, sprouts are nutritionally much better than mature plants.
They contain more anti-oxidants and phytonutrients.

Drugs are OK and necessary for some treatments but, in many cases, such as high cholesterol, some types of diabetes, high blood pressure and others, food derived nutrients are better.
